TERMS AND CONDITIONS-GOLD GOLF & LEISURE T/A
GOLDGOLF.IE.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of 30% per person is required (
unless otherwise discussed prior to tour ) to hold
reservations. Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to
arrival date. Remember most golf clubs don’t make any
refund on cancellations and require full payment
up-front. Payment method by credit card or paypal.
CANCELLATIONS CHARGES AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival will result in
you loosing your 30% deposit. Cancellations after
balance payments have been made are non-refundable.
RESPONSIBILITY
GoldGolf.ie assumes no responsibility for, and the
participant hereby releases GoldGolf.ie from, any claim,
cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that
the participant may incur relating to the failure by any
third party ( such as an airline, hotel ,transportation
or golf course ) to perform its obligations to provide
goods, accommodations or services; the negligence or
wilful misconduct of any third party in connection with
the performance of its obligations to provide goods,
accommodations or services; or any act of god, civil
disturbance, conflict, strike, theft, governmental
action or any other event or action not within the
control of GoldGolf.ie. Reasonable changes in the
itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the
comfort and well being of the passengers, or changes as
a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our
itinerary.
CONDITIONS
In event of trip cancellation by GoldGolf.ie all deposits
and payments will be refunded in full. There will be no
refunds for any absence from the tour once it commences,
that is for such things as missed meals, golf,
sightseeing or any other activities in the tour.
GoldGolf.ie is not responsible for personal injury,
accident or illness; or for loss, damage or theft of
personal belongings.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All Visitors should have adequate travel insurance cover.
GoldGolf.ie will not be held libel for loss, damage or
theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal
injury, accident or illness, or cancellation of your
trip.
On advancement of the tour deposit to GoldGolf.ie, the
depositor therefore agrees to be bound by the above
recited terms and conditions.
